Our store operates on a curated and/or sourced fulfilment model. Products may be:
- sourced after purchase
- curated from third-party suppliers
- or prepared as part of a limited availability offering

Because of this model, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.

## 2. ALL SALES POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

## 3. CUSTOMISED & VAULT ITEMS (IMPORTANT)

All customised, personalised, or Vault items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):
- engraved items (e.g. Cartier engraving requests)
- custom text or personalisation
- made-to-order or sourced-to-order luxury items
- size-confirmed items where the customer has selected sizing

Once an order is placed and processing begins, these items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

## 4. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

For non-customised items, refunds or exchanges may be considered only if:

- the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- the incorrect item was sent

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

## 5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with clear photos.

We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

## 6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before processing has begun.

Once an order is in sourcing, preparation, or fulfilment stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
